Need Help on Wooden Cover over Center Console
My wife placed a stack of business cards in the ash tray and they got caught under the wooden cover (2 pieces attached together) when it retracted underneath of the A/C controller area. Guess what? I tried to pull the wooden cover out but its rear part was separated and dropped into the hollow space under the A/C controller. I would appreciate for instructions either how to remove the center console or A/C controller & Radio. I got 2011 E350 model (no 4Matic).

Dealer said forget it... $85 for a new part, plus labor to install.
