Replace the grille with the Distronic star grille to get rid of that ugly square "painted" sensor protector.

Agreed, the stock sensor protector is quite ugly, but where would i find the star grille?

Look at the 55Tech site, link below. I got mine from them 3 years ago. It came in three days. Send them an email to explain exactly what you want so you get it with the Distronic star. I like their service. I originally got the mesh basket model but then bought the car with Distronic and they gave me the solid star back for free. I paid shipping for it.

Somehow I understand they are located in Vancouver, BC.

Any tips on what rims i should get? I like the stock rims, but I'm looking for a concave look.

Congrats. Get some 20 inch wheels and lower the car with lowering links. Those are my plans for this coming spring.

Congrats on the sweet ride. Love the color. Tint the windows (Medium 35%) all the way around, lower the car 1" via Renntech V3 Lowering module, maybe upgrade the rims and you'll have a stand out E550.

Thank you! Definitely plan to lower the car, thats the easy part, selecting rims on the other part is hard. SO many choices! *_*

As dark as you can make it and still see to drive safely. About where people can see shapes inside the car but not make out what's going. I do not remember what the % is on mine.
