Who Have You Dealt With For Wheels?

Man, what a process it's been trying to even get a price for wheels for my car! I've been trying to get even an answer out of PowerWheels Pro with no luck, I contacted a different seller for rims and they beat around the bush on every question I had down to refusing to tell me what their center caps looked like. All he kept saying was they were their standard center cap. He wouldn't say if that meant they were blank or had an emblem on them!

So has anyone here dealt with an online wheel company and had a good experience with them?

It's funny how some companies make it so hard for you to buy something from them! They must not need the business!

I saw those when the post went up, sadly they aren't my style. Good luck with the sale though!

I was going to place an order with PowerWheelsPro for their 823's.
Unfortunately they were out of stock. This was 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard from Vasilli yet.

That's the ebay company I mentioned! I was talking on the phone this afternoon with the guy asking him about the center caps and asking what they looked like. Every time he answered me he kept saying they were their standard caps. When I would ask if they were blank or have a logo on them he would just say they were their standard caps.

So I asked him to put a quote together and he said I would have it in a few hours. That was about 8 hours ago.

I Just got wheels from eric at getyourwheels.com

They did take 3 days longer to ship than quoted, but the tpms sensors, lugs, and wheels are all perfect as new wheels should be.

The storms in the east coast were the delay per Eric.

Best price too.

If you are still in Vegas, I would recommend that you head to a wheel shop instead of online. Shop and compare prices online but purchase the wheel from a shop. The price is usually the same, if not it will be very close plus they install them for free.
There is a shop almost directly across from Fletcher Jones on Sahara called Total Eclipse. That's where the dealership takes all their cars for window tints and I got both sets of wheels.
Good guys.

Good guys.
Local wheel shop I went to wanted about $300-$500 more plus I'd have to pay sales tax. He outright told me if I was looking at wheel online there was no way he would be able to beat or even match the deal.

I did see that shop across the street from Fletcher, maybe I'll take a drive over there this weekend and see what they have.

Would recommend Powerwheels pro... have gotten 2 sets of wheels from them. Great quality, low $, and great service

Heres a few pics of the last set of 19"s I got from them. I think they are the 818 style, and around $650 shipped.

Power Wheels Pro is the company that took nearly 2 weeks to finally get back to me. And that set of staggered 20" wheels that is shown for $799, I inquired about the same exact model and the final price shipped they quoted me is $999.

Try calling their main number just for fun. It's probably still disconnected.

Not my experience at all, just received a set of wheels from them in Jan. the owner, Vassili is a sponser on this site, and was just on a couple of days ago. Seems to have a good rep here. His cell is (248) 739 1059 if anyone is having issues

That price was from last summer, maybe a price increase in the last 8 months... A 20" wheel to you door for $250 is not bad. Quality is outstanding on the wheels I got, and the pics in that link show it. Just had my detailer apply cquartz finest to the wheels, and he could'nt believe the quality for the $

Glad to hear you had a good experience with them, wish I could say the same because I was really hoping to get those wheels.

I messaged Vasilli here a bunch of times trying to clear up which size and offsets they had and in which location. After about 15 PM's, two phone called and some emails I'm still not sure what they have in stock.

As for the price their website still shows $799:

http://www.powerwheelspro.com/shop/p...roducts_id=190

And $200 is ridiculous for shipping.

At this point I'm hesitant to send them any money for fear of what I would get, if anything.

Hi LasVegasMike,

My apologies for your subpar experience, the wheels are still $799 and shipping is $85 as on our website. Unfortunately we are out of the 815s that you like in 20". We do have them on order from the factory so they will be back in stock soon.
Can you please tell me who quoted you $200 for shipping? Was it for the wheels or for a wheel and tire package? I am very interested in understanding this as we take these issues seriously and I will follow up with whoever I need to if you were misquoted.

Also our phone service is with a voip company and we did have an issue for a few days week with their service. It has been resolved.

Thank you. I do encourage this kind of feedback more than positive experiences. We are far from perfect and it is only thanks to experiences like yours that we can learn and improve from.

Regards

Vasilli,

Deborah gave me the quote of $999 for the 20" shipped. I guess she didn't check stock before telling me they were in stock and ready to ship last week.

However she must have discovered they are out of stock and emailed me this morning to let me know that, and instead offered me 19's for $899 shipped. Something tells me your quote listed above for the 20's at $799+$85 shipping ($884 total) is a bit better deal! Here is her email from this morning:

Hi Mike,

We are sold out of the 20" now we do have the 19" available in staggered and 45mm offset. Those are $899 shipped.

Let me know if you are interested in those.

Thanks,
Deborah

I'll take your word that you're out of the 20" set and look elsewhere for wheels.

Thank you for clarifying, you are right that sounds like a mixup, I will discuss this with her.

Thanks again. There is not much on the table for us at this price point, however if you do check back with us on your next set I will be happy to offer you a symbolic discount as a small gesture of gratitude and appreciation

man, you live in Las Vegas and you can't find wheels??
I figured with all the money in that town there would be good choices
versus trying to get info and do business with sponsers here......
