Tired of the Air Vent Glare - Next Mod

After a long day driving the freeways in the hot CA sun, I'm close to wrapping the two side air vents to eliminate the silver lines in my side-view mirrors. I'm also thinking about wrapping the center air vents, front and rear and top of the COMAND controller to match to minimize the glare throughout the cabin.

I have strong tinting on the sides and rear, and mostly CA legal tint to the front, and I don't want to go darker.

Has anyone done this and can share pictures?

Suggestions for colors? I have a black leather interior with the Burl Wood throughout.

found part numbers from MB listed as Silver Matte vs. the chrome units installed. Anyone have these or pictures of these?
