Help with purchase of 2011 wagon

Hi to all! New to the forum. Looking to purchase a 2011 E350. A couple of issues that has me worried about the sale. First, car looks great! Has premium 2 package I was looking for. But the issues I am having are:

1. Car was originally registered in Texas, now being sold in MB dealer in Connecticut.

2. Car came with R06 Wheel package (18" AMG wheels). But car has some aftermarket chrome wheels.

3. Car is priced below most cars in the area with premium 1 package. $34,900 with 21000 miles.

So these are the issues I have with the car. I don't know if it's a deal breaker or not. The car is cpo, I have not seen the work sheet. They would not email it to me. Car has warranty until end of 2016 unlimited miles. I would also get a 2 year extend warranty on it.

What are your thoughts? Good buy or should I pass for the next one.

1) Not an issue, really. Car probably went to auction and the dealer in Ct bought it.
2) Also not an issue, per se. Just appearance. If you don't like the wheels maybe that's a deal breaker for you. You may want to find out what size the wheels and tires are as they may be larger than stock, likely resulting in tires with a shorter sidewall. If that's the case then the ride will be harsher than normal.
3) Price could simply be reflective of the fact that wagons are not in especially high demand.

Have you pulled the Carfax on it?

thanks for the reply. Wheels has a lower profile rim and side wall. Carfax is clean. No accidents. Here is a pic of the wheel in question. Again, why change an AMG wheel for these?

The AMG wheels seem to be easy to curb (don't ask me why....). Perhaps a couple were curbed or bent and the owner switched them out. I wouldn't worry about any of the other stuff as said above. Sounds like a low mileage wagon with the P2 goodies, CPO and at a great price. I would buy it without hesitation.

Nothing more than personal preference. Previous owner decided the AMG's weren't blingy enough so decided on those. Many many people do the same. It's neither right or wrong.

If the wheels are larger diameter than the AMG's it means they also replaced the tires. On a car with only 21K the original tires probably were not even worn out so they spent some money to replace both the wheels and tires at the same time.
