Wheel Center Cap

Can anyone recommend a place to purchase replacement center wheel caps for a 2010? Mine are showing white blotchy marks on them.

Thanks

I'll pass on those but thanks anyway.

I had the same problem, blotchy white spots that looked like water had condensed under the plastic shell. I got some black carbon fiber ones with chrome circles and star. They look pretty nice, not sure how they'll hold up since it's only been a couple months and haven't been thru winter yet.

Someone had a post on here with the link to them, I think. They're the second ones on the amazon link.

Just providing another wheel cap option...

If I were an AMG'er I'd also think the same so I understand. Not tryin to pose or elude to owning a car I don't, simply didn't want a shiny colorful center cap so I went this route. I'm a proud E350 driver & never claim to be anything other.

Thanks

I bought replacements from genuinemercedesparts.com. This is a MB dealer who sells MB parts online. They have great selection and prompt service.

I had same issue others noted on 2 MBs, with white deposits under perimeter of caps, only washed with car wash soap.

New MB caps I bought were solid plastic (part number 66470201), not the plastic coated metal which is standard on recent model MBs. So far, holding up without more deposits after 25 months of use.

finally noticed a few lexus yesterday with the LED's; they are quite similar......I also like the direction MB has gone with the lower LED drl's.....they're basically gone now :)

even those chevy's have the hockey stick LED's now, or for a year or two.......when every car designer has the same idea's it's kind of hard to be different

Feeling the need to say this, could be viewed as equally sad! If you are worried about the devaluing of AMG, you really should take it up with MB, my car left the factory with 4x AMG logos, 5x MB logos, and 6x star emblems!

Mine has the white blotchy spots on the center caps also.

What's the dealie, yo? Why does this happen?

I'm not an AMG driver but I have a very strong opinion about the use of the AMG logo on the car. For me it is ok to use AMG labeled parts on the non-AMG vehicle as much as the owner wants except one specific badge I cannot tolerate; the AMG badge on the trunk lid. This badge signifies the true meaning of the AMG, which simply is the engine.

All other AMG logos are just for looks, the one on the Trunk lid is the engine and the power that comes with it.
