Strange ! This was not present in my 2013 E350BT which had the 6 disc player, but no way to record to Music Register. Now at least the Record feature has been reinstated for 2015/2016. For sure, the best of both worlds for music quality would be 6 disc + Record !

Just curious if the rumored addition of the Apple CarPlay interface for MB has reached the "orderable" stage yet?

That being said... If there's ever a choice between hitting an oncoming car in the opposite lane head on with my family in the car, or taking out a cyclist, the cyclist is going to get it every time. If you have ever driven through a narrow canyon in northern California then you know what I'm talking about! I'm respectful of cyclists to a certain point.

Just got word that it is on the water as of a few days ago. With more and more rumors that the new W213 will look like a clone of the new S and C Class cars--which I happen to feel would be a horrible mistake, we may just end up buying this new '16 and keeping it for a while--a long while.

Me too! As someone who has clocked thousands of miles on a bicycle--in my younger years, I always try to give bicyclists as much room as I possibly can. That said, hit an oncoming car or crunch the cyclist? It's a no brainer. Always look out for Number One. Family in the car? Double no brainer, do WHATEVER IT TAKES to protect them, period.

I say be a better, more observant driver. Don't pass a cyclist, who has as much right to the road as you, only to find out there's an oncoming car headed towards you. Think ahead and don't put yourself in a position to commit involuntary manslaughter. Pretty sure prison sucks.

The roads in this country are made for cars not bicycles. Driving in a car is dangerous enough as it is, why someone would knowingly put themselves and others in danger for the sake of exercise is beyond me. Go to a gym. Country roads are a different story.

Country roads are NOT a different story, though. They are even more dangerous as the biker will be around a blind curve and you're doing 60 MPH. Bikers frequently don't pay attention to stop signs and red lights in cities.

So was searching for Power Folding Mirror retrofit - I guess since it's now available, it is possible to buy the parts and "re-code/program" for the US version? Looking at previous threads related to PFM, looks like coding was the blocking the upgrade.

That is a beautiful car Streamliner. It is almost identical to one I would like to buy early next spring when my ML warranty runs out. I see it is the luxury version and I have been debating which to get - sport or luxury. What do you see as the main differences between the two other than the obvious designs? What made you decide to choose the luxury over the sport? If you test drove both did you find the luxury more comfortable, better handling, etc.? Thanks in advance for any insight.
