Any High Mileage W212's Out There?

112k
Love this thread...2011 e550 with 112k running great. Had airmatic pump and fronts replaced under cpo at 50k and knock wood no problems since. Putting 30k a year on car and planning to hit at least 200-300k if I can...resale not worth it due to depreciation as the value of the car is much greater than the market price imo

2004 E320 4Matic sedan, just over 187,000 miles. I've had to replace the camshaft position sensor, the right front seat occupied sensor is intermittent, and the front CV shafts need replaced (but that's my fault for not fixing bad boots.)
Still runs & drives great; I hope to get another 100,000 miles out of it.
My wife's car, on the other hand, a 2006 CLK350 cabriolet, just hit 23,000 miles...

High milers
I have recently purchased a 2013 E300 blue tech hybrid. She has 219000 on the clock and feels solid. But this is the first Mercedes I have owned! She purrs like a kitten, roars like a lion and rides sweetly. Here's to many trouble free miles 👍

Newbie poster here. I plan to put a ton of miles on this car, as I drive 30K miles per year. I bought a CPO 2014 E350 sport (4-matic) sedan last year that had only 3K miles. (I now have over 30K miles). I got it with the new unlimited-miles extended warranty, and optionally also purchased a 2-year extension (still unlimited miles). So, as of today, I have 5 1/2 years left of my bumper to bumper warranty, which by the end should put me at 200K miles or so, barring something unexpected occurring!
My main concern is the durability of our direct injection engines. Using only top tier gasoline always!!

2012 E350 Coupe, I have 60K miles on mine wouldn't say extremely high miles but I've put on alot of miles in the past year due to a job change that's further away from home. So about 20k miles in a year. No issues at the present time except after it rains my driver's side window squeaks when I roll it up or down, I"ll be taking it in soon to have it looked at when I get a chance.

Hey all - I'm back! - used to have an 2006 E55, but now have a 2010 E550!
I think I prob have many of you beat, I got a LOADED White Pano blah blah...with 145K miles! the car is mint!!! if I did not look at the mileage - I'd never know. The car is smooth, no issues (other than - yup laugh at this one - I squirrel had been putting Filberts in the hood!!! I thought they were rocks until I started digging them out)
So far 2 months and and I cannot find anything wrong - other than I needed 6000K bulbs LOL
And I think I got a screaming deal - AND I got a 3yr 36K warranty to boot that covers MOST but not suspension of course..(yup I have Airmatic).

Wow some of you guys have done an amazing job at maintaining your vehicle. That gives me hope although it's a 60-40 chance I move into an S Class later this year. I keep putting it off but my cars is getting a lil small for my family. For some reason the Murano never moves on the weekend cuz everyone wants to drive in the E Lol.

Closely following this thread - picked up the C class last month and after deciding it wasn't enough space (nothing wrong with the car) I picked up a 2015 w212 2 days ago...I'll take some pics and update the sig - point is, I've been reading this thread carefully and it gives me a warm and fuzzy about the car. The E currently has 20k miles, previous lease, CPO and picked up the extended warranty just in case so I'm covered till 2022
Time to rack up them miles and catch up to you guys

This thread has me feeling good as well, hit 115k today in my 2011 E550. My big question will be what to do when my extended CPO warranty runs out in November of 2017...I'll likely have around 160k miles on it and owe about 14k on my loan, so likely I'll just keep it and hope that there are no high $$$ repairs, given that the resale will likely be quite low at that point. Anyone know of major issues at high mileage (besides airmatic which I've already had replaced under warranty )
As an aside I sat in a 2017 E yesterday and while the interior is gorgeous, I can't wrap my mind around paying 65k for a sedan powered by a 4cylinder. I'll take my 2011 V8 powered E with 115k over that all day long!

Just hit 140,000 miles a couple of days ago
This year has probably been the least I've driven in the past couple of years. I had the car in the shop for a month and a half of this year. Hoping I can get another 30,000 miles or so out of it, unless I decide to move on. I've been flip flopping on that for a year plus now LOL.

178k miles =286k km
My wife has softer foot than mine.
44mpg on the cluster calculated to 42 mpg at the pumps. =5.6 l/100km
She says she kept 80 mph=130 kph.

I believe you get a badge from MB once you hit 155k miles. Did you fill out the form for it yet? I will as soon as I hit the threshold.

I've got those badges for my other MB in the past, but on W212 I replaced the grille with one having big center star. Still working on hooking up light wire on it.
Don't think the badge will look good on this one.
Those badges are having cheap screws and in the past mounting them without interference took some time.
W212 has fixed grille, so it would have to be removed for badging.

I'm at 87k, rear passenger shock was leaking fluid and rear driver side air spring was leaking air, had to replace all of the rear suspension. Everything else seems to be fine.

E550 @92,000 miles. Self maintained. I change oil/filter every 10k miles, replaced front rotor/pads @35k miles due to shudder. Replaced spark plugs and rear differential oil @70k mi but could've went for additional 30k mi base on condition. Just recently notice noise from driver side suspension. Upon inspection upper rubber boot of sway bar link busted and leaked, might be source of noise. I am replacing it, windshield wipers and coolant flush next week.

2012 w212 e350 80k ecu pedal sensor limp mode
80k on mine...bought it new and have done by the book maintenance. Warped rotors replaced once. At 80k engine went into limp mode and error code was gas pedal sensor. Dealer replaced wire pins in ecu wire harness due to tbs stating oxidation could cause voltage impedance issue - $400. Within 60 days same thing happened again - flooring it caused engine to go into limp mode. Dealer said if it happens again need to replace ecu for $900. My car has always been in a coastal environment...not sure if that could cause issue. Fyi limp mode is designated by "car inoperable" on instrument cluster. I assume since there is a tbs I am not only person with this issue.
Update:
At 85k miles I am now getting EVAP error code. According to my OBD the oxygen sensor and catalytic convertors have failed. I recently got the front end aligned at the dealer and they said the front springs need replaced. I am also getting a steering wobble at very low garage speed. I still get the throttle sensor issues which put the car into limp mode about once or twice a month now. I am taking it to an indy in San Diego for the first time tomorrow to have him go through the entire list of issues and get an estimate on fixing everything. This weekend while checking the power steering fluid I noticed some dried oil build up on front of motor..so I assume there is a minor leak somewhere. I am willing to spend $2k at the most to fix everything.
More than that, which I could see $5k easy and I am getting a new car!!
Jealous of everyone rolling over 100k without issue!!!

I have 95,000miles on my 2011 E550. I have not experience that yet, but I don't leave in coastal area if that condition has anything to do with it.
