2010 Mercedes Benz E350
It's ok because it's factory but personally I don't even like that my E-350 has "AMG" on the wheels (though I like the look of the wheels)
Save yourself the mockery that you would receive from MB drivers (and others who would know) and leave the AMG badges to the E63
You want your parents car to look better then stock and keep it tasteful? Tint it, and debadge it.
Adding any kind of badge is gay. Leave it alone.

Im just keeping it on the wheels.

Putting some AMG parts on the car is OK (Wheels, door pins, steering wheels). Putting the ///AMG badge on the rear is sacrilegious. If it doesn't have the engine it doesn't get to wear the badge.
My advice is to tint the car, get tinted/clear side marker, debadge it, upgrade the steering wheel, get a rear spoiler, and get some wheels when the tires wear out (what size front and rear is it currently on?)
Perhaps get an HID kit for those headlights since I don't think that has the lighting package (you may be able to do something with those fogs too).

That seems to cover everything I was planning on doing. I just cant wait for parts to start showing up, so I can show you what I'm thinking up in my head.

I had big dreams about cars too when I was a teenager... but I had my own car to screw with, and didn't have any money really, so I just kept dreaming...
G3710 - your black E350 is looking really nice!

I also have dreams about cars, Im currently halfway there on my own personal projects, 1 dream car finished 1 more dream car to build.
The Steel Grey Metallic E350 I'm modifying belongs to my parents, Im just trying to make it look a more tailored.
The black E350 you see in this post doesnt belong to me. Im just looking at it as reference for a wheel setup I'm going after.

I've also read one story about a guy on this board or benzworld that put one of those cheap chinese kits in his car, only to have one of the components smoke and coat the whole interior of the headlamp assembly with a white coating that would not come out. Those headlamp assemblies last I checked cost north of 6-800 each from Mercedes. You can buy aftermarket chinese copies for a couple of bills, but they are just cheap copies.

Update:
ordered more parts today, I decided to order the "Sport" Badge for the rear of the car, it is used on C-Class Sport editions on the front fenders by the doors.
and I also ordered clear corners.
So far the parts I have ordered include:
Clear Corners
Flat Bonnet Badge
"Sport" Badge for trunk
AMG Style Trunk Spoiler
Roof Spoiler
and a License Plate Frame.
I'm about $300 into the car right now.
I'm not sure if I want to spend $1,100 on wheels and springs just yet.
Don't plan on getting headlights, only Wheels and Springs.

Some goodies arrived today! I decided to just place them on the car to see how it looked, and I liked what I saw!, going to wait for the rest of the parts to arrive before I install. I sorta want to do everything all at once.
here's a tease!

I decided to do a mini photoshoot today while I was about town. Just wanted to get some good before pictures, before I started changing the look a bit.

I may get a lot of hate for this, but here's the car with the sport badge added to the rear of the car. Personally I think it balances the rear of the car. It's an OEM Mercedes part.

I would debadge the car.
Trust me!! it looks a lot cleaner.
The sport badge just doesn't feel right...

Wow, got soo much dislike about the sport badge, here are some more pictures of the car. It's been raining where I'm at, I had a short window to take these pictures. Excuse the fact its a little blurry I didnt have my tripod.

I like the sports badge I just wish it was slightly bigger. So that it would balance with the same size as the E350 badge. Similar to how the 4-Matic badge is similar size. It looks so small that idk if anyone will really be able to tell what it says while in motion.
