Canadian E350
You also need Customs and Border form 7501 filled out (you can google all these forms, IIRC). The only restriction is it must have a clear title (no salvage, not rebuilt, etc) and you must be the owner. I have read that you might also need a letter from Mercedes saying that your car was built to NHTSA standards (the letter must reference your VIN).
After that, all you have to do is register your car here and find someone willing to be annoyed by dealing with a speedometer in km/h for a few years and you're golden.
Note: all of this is based on my assumption (I'm 99% sure) that the Canadian E Class is the same spec as the American one, and not Euro Spec.
Someone more experienced than me might add/correct me if need be. Good luck!
