GMan I agree. I do not personally believe they are all created equal, I do concede that the Asian market makes nice cars, that run for a long time, however, MB is till considered IMHO a premier company, who charges premium pricing for their product and based in that, I feel we deserve premium service in every way....Thanks....

Just because you pay more for a car or service does not mean they are more honest. Nor does it mean they will hire "better" or more honest personnel.
Every dealership is a business and looking to make a profit and this includes MB, BMW, Lexus, et. al.
Every make goes to great lengths to have good customer service. While I do receive excellent service from my MB dealership, I have also received service that was just as good and honest from dealers for other cars I have owned.
