Unhappy Aux Volume boost sounds bad all of a sudden?!

So I'm kinda freaking out, I sat in my car plugged the aux and started playing some music and the issue is when there's bass the singing sounds static as soon as the bass hits. I'm praying i didn't mess up my speakers, I tested the radio which doesn't have the same effect with the bass. But it's only the aux, I messed around and turned volume boost off and it fixed the issue. But now it's bothering me since yesterday and the day before my sound quality was amazing until this morning. I do play a lot of bass heavy songs, but I don't play it insanely loud (at least I don't think so). I've tried multiple aux cables and they are all the same so it's not that, I've tested my phone through aux on my surround sound system and it plays fine, so it's not my phone. I honestly have no clue. I have a 2013 e350, maybe there's an aux update i need to do other something??

I'm gonna try to upload some sound footage.

Try adjusting device volume separately, increasing it gradually.

You don't know what an AUX cable is? Or are you asking what brand?

I'm just trying to understand what kind of device it is that you're having problems with. Maybe just your phone? Or an IPOD? or ??

I have a 2013 E350 and I noticed this exact issue yesterday. The Sound Boost sounds very static and scratchy, so I turned it off. I also noticed the sound is not as loud when using Aux (iphone) for my music vs. FM radio.

I played with this a bit and noticed a fix. As Kosinginer stated above, turn the volume down on the iphone:
I plugged in my iphone, started a song, turned the car volume up, turned on Boost, turned up the iphones volume from about 70% to 100. No static.
