Does this light pattern look right?

The bottom of the picture shows where the headlights are projecting and you'll see the right side there's a bump". Does that look right?

I think so. I've had other cars where they shape the beam to light up the road, but direct the light slightly away from where it might dazzle drivers of oncoming cars.

I think I've noticed that with my W212/LED light system.

if its LED , then YES

thephantom 11-17-2016 04:53 PM

The reason I asked was because I feel my lights are "off" and not producing a nice sharp chutoff line.

belarus27 11-17-2016 04:56 PM

are you comparing to HID's ? because HID's pattern will look different than this.
if you feel like they off , you need to contact dealer for a check up

you need to get H7 HID or LED for your low beam. that photo seems more like T10s for your city/park lights.

you might wanna try the W211 section for more specific answers mate. :y

The picture you provided is not of much use.
Please post a picture with headlight projecting perpendicularly on a straight vertical wall about 25 feet away and then we all can see what the problem is.

those actually do look like the city lights (the inner lights closer to the grille)
they look like w212's ones

Does look a little strange compared to what I recall mine looks like. Daylight here now so can't check to be sure. But I agree with...

T10s can ineterchange between W211s and W212 if you dont have bixenons. and it looks like Rei Alimehmeti (post #6) drives a W211, based on his sig. :nix:

sorry OP, went a bit OT, just trying point a newbie to the right direction.

I agree, cannot tell if the headlights need adjustment from the picture.
