possible $130 service coupon YMMV
Found this posted in another section of mbworld where they got it from somewhere else. Figured I would drop here too in case it helps.

I submitted as well- the guy/gal the processes these may be on Christmas break- I would not really expect anything until after the new year.

Call to get the coupon!
Since nobody seems to have gotten the coupon, folks over at slickdeals decided to call MBUSA and were then sent the coupon after all. requires $250 min. service and expires 1/31/17. Here is a post from NickTH from another thread with a good summary of what to do and the result:

I called the # above, 800-367-6372; option 6, then option 5.
Provided last 8 of VIN #, 5 min later I received email:
Dear Mr. ___,
It was a pleasure speaking with you just now.
As discussed, we regret the system generated code was not delivered to you via e-mail when requested. This e-mail confirms your $130 credit towards a $250 (before tax) or more service at any authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealership nationwide. This credit is valid until January 31st, 2017.
At the time of service, simply provide a copy of this email to your dealer service representative who can contact the Customer Assistance Center at 1-800-367-6372 in order to apply this credit towards the total amount.
Best wishes for a safe and unsurpassed driving experience.

I just spoke with MB customer service and they did send me an email just like the one above. Great deal.

I did not receive an email they just told me to have dealer call them and I am on record

Called MBUSA back and asked for an email stating I have a $130 credit. 2 minutes after I hung up I received the email. Same type of Email posted. They said no problem and they would send it. They actually did what they said they would do. WOW.

My car is in for service today but it is the last prepaid service in my 3 pack so it should be no cost. But if they find anything my next call will be to MBUSA to get the coupon.
Thought about having them do the AC cleaning service for $150 and change the wiper blades with OEM to get up to $250 and then take $130 off for a net of $120. However, I can get the Bosch incons for under $40 and a can of that foam stuff (klima clean or similar) for under $20.
