Driver Seat Loose??
When I'm driving and put on the brakes, it feels like my driver seat sometimes inches forward. Could a bolt, etc be loose and needs to be tightened?

I think I'm having the same issue with my drivers seat, its most noticeable under heavy braking/acceleration... it feels like the seat shifts forward/back a tic. My first thought was, loose seat attachment bolts or play in the fore/aft adjustment mechanism. If I tug the seat back (from the back seat) there's play in the form of tilting the seat. So in fact, its likely the seat height adjuster play konigstiger posted in the bulletin.
And I just had the seat cushion out a month ago replacing the side trim... So the repair kit, does it just replace that existing washer over the pinion with a thicker one? Where exactly is the play? I'd suspect it would be a worn pinion gear or the mating teeth in the frame.

Not the leather, but I strongly suspect the same approach, just different material on how to get the leather off. It’s really not difficult, just have to get the seat out and study the clips underneath. Will need a decent pair of needle nose pliers.

ps: this completely fixed my seat pain issues and have been excellent ever since.

Can you provide info on taking the seat out and the fix for the bolt, if you didn't go to a mechanic to have it done.
This would be helpful, I have a feeling a lot of people have this issue.
Thanks
