2011 e350, good battery,no power to ignition or instrument panel

Only the center screen and radio are getting power. The car won't jump start. It's just dead. Any ideas.

Have you applied voltage directly to the starter?

Your E350 should have two batteries. Are both showing good voltage? Can you honk your horn? If you have enough AMPS to honk a horn, you have enough power to turn a starter.

Had to tow the car to the dealer and they ordered a new key from MB. I did not have my second key because I was on vacation. See if the car starts with your second key. If it does not start with the second key then it is a different problem.

On going story but MB found water accumulation where wiring is beneath drivers side feet. After a hard rain. Something may have shorted out. Insurance is covering.

That's a new problem. Make sure everything is thoroughly dry ASAP or you will be fighting mold smells forever. Had a leak into the interior happen to my car about 20 years ago. Was unable to get rid of the smell even after professional remediation and had to dump it.
