2016 e350, interior cleaning question

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone know how to clean this material in the interior of my car.
When my passengers get inside my car sometime their shoes touch this material and left multiple black marks. I have try detailer spray with microfiber towel and it won't come off.
