Definitely they won't add the aftermarket ones, but, if you want to DIY, those are the options, 35-50$ aftermarket and 250-290$ for OEM ones.

I've always been able to get it from the dealer. It's easy for them to print it out if you're sitting right there in front of them. You probably won't have any luck just calling them, they're not just going to randomly hand it out to people they don't know. I had the car at the dealer getting the Comand updated so I asked for it while they were printing out other paperwork. Service adviser just went ahead and printed it out for me.

ditto, while I was talking to my SA, the other guy printed it out for me, without even telling this guy(this was the sticker he was doing the print), obviously, they share work and have each other's back at work, I believe(co-ordinated)..!

VMI has to be from dealer. Koni (shorthand reference) can get the data card, not VMI.

Make sure to have the navigation / command software updated to the latest versions. If its an older E550, ensure the woodgrain isn't clouded.

If you get wheel locks, make sure you get the key and the original lugs that the locks replaced.
