I just put on a set of E63 AMG staggered 19" wheels on my E550. 19's is the way to go and you can get some big tires on these.
285/30-19
fitment is good. 38ET fr and 52ET rear
No drop

front is 245/35-19; rear is 285/30-19
On any staggered setup with 4Matic you need to keep the circumference within a tight tolerance from front to rear. The difference in this setup is .1%

A couple of people on here have been looking for that style 18" wheel, so maybe they will be interested. You can list them in the tires and wheel section of the site for sale and see if you get any takers. Condition will be everything, and I would not expect more than $1,000-$1,200.
or atleast, if OP crosses the border to get lower price for USPS, which will be counted as within USA.
The OEM AMG wheel itself is 29lbs. with tires, tpms, nuts and center hub, it may go to 27-33lbs.
assume 60lbs X 4 for the whole set.
