2016 E350 doesn't remember CD track
 

Has anybody encountered the car not remembering the last CD track and always restarting at track 1? This happens after the car seats for an hour or so before restarting.

Yes! It's happened to me on numerous occasions but not with every CD I've played. It also happens even when the car is sitting for less than an hour.

I called mbrace Customer Care and they tried to tell me it was a feature, not a bug. I figure it's something I'll have the dealer address when I go in for Service A.

Feature??? This is funny. I will stop by my MB service after the holidays to address it. I also have the plastic insert in the middle of the steering wheel peeling on one side and scratching fingers.
