my driver seat is too soft
 

Hi, I purchased 2014 E350 luxury 6 months ago.
The driver seat is too soft and i get pain in the thigh after a long drive. I have tried to adjust teh seat but I still find myself sinking in the chair.
Today I took the car in for unrelated issues and the C300 loaner car's seat feels much firmer and raises well. I notified the dealer and said they will look into it.

Has anyone experienced this as well?

Check out the ongoing thread entitled "Seat pain". We're working on it. It's actually not that the seat is too soft, it's the frame itself digging into your thighs.
