I disagree on the interface, I hope they keep it as is, looking like factory instead of some android launcher, but I see some improvements that can be made.
Namely;
-Let us re-arrange the icons
-Let us hide unused icons
-Enable the ability to auto-launch one app on start
-Fix Android Auto not working with their own (Carlife-Mall) Carplay/Android dongle adapter
-Fix the stretched out aspect ratio on CarPlay
-Make the internal battery/capacitor slightly bigger so that the unit only shuts off after 5 minutes after car, instead of 15 seconds now.
-Ability to change units from metric to US/imperial
-Fix the displayed car from always being an A-Class
-Ability to put Spotify on the "Home Screen" instead of "Apps" sub-menu
-Ability to delete useless "Carlife" app from home screen
-Make CarPlay dongle charge faster than the current 400mah, currently it drains battery faster than it charges
-The unit knows when headlights are on, it should be able to auto-dim screen when it sees headlight are on, and full brightness when heads are off

Good idea but dont work since in many countries like mine included they are on 24/7. Its the law here to be as vissible as possible no matter what condition it is.

bought my from aliexpress 3 weeks ago, everything worked well until yesterday. Now the touch screen does not responding anymore. I can use the command wheel and everything works fine from there. Someone who has the same problem?

Sounds like a loose connection inside. Could be an easy fix if you know how to take it apart.

I'm def interested on getting one of these units for my 2015 e400.. BUT I have a few concerns.. one of them is the quality of the unit . . I had a Similar unit a few yrs back on my bmw it was made by dynavin. I had nothing but troubles with it.. also how long of a warranty comes with the unit? .

I have an issue with the 10,25" large screen for W212 from 2010. when using android, I only have voice on front left speaker. Has anyone experienced similar issue? I am using AUX MMI cable (which came along with the unit) and at one point I had voice on all speakers and without changing anything it is back to one speaker (left front) and nothing I can do to make it play on all speakers. When using OEM all speakers works.
Also, I have an issue with boot, sometime I have the black screen (with the car logo on lane) on the right side and I need to touch the screen before the Mercedes Benz startup logo starts.
Please help, thanks a lot.

You're not the only one. I personally don't have the unit, but have spoken to another person which also got the unit and was experiencing the same issue. Plus a couple of other issues. I think it has to do with how the unit is connected up, but it's only my guess. Have not heard of any solution for the issue, though.

I had the same problem and it was the rca to aux cable, worked at first but once installed only sound from one channel. Bought a higher quality cable on amazon and everything worked great after that. This is on my 2012 cls.

black screen on bootup, only option is to touch the screen then the android starts up booting properly.
Thanks, that is a very good idea. I will buy a new MMI to 3,5 AUX cable and try it out.
I also have 2 x more issues..
1 - Black screen on boot up and nothing happens until I touch the screen then the startup logo "Mercedes Benz" starts and android system starts. This is only sometime, but at least once a day (see attached picture).
2 - I have installed IGO, but I am not able tyo go to navigation menu and change the application to IGO, IGO is not even visible there and I am not able to remove the tick from google maps.
Anyone has any idea for this?

You cant install your own iGo to have it on the meny. You must use the one included specially made for the unit.
