Finally got the command unit in, took way too long. I had to basically force it in while trying to screw in the top two screws. Only issue now is getting gps to work.

Has anyone managed to solve the problem when the display does not rise after switching on the ignition? Is it possible to connect the power supply differently?
And in general what is the purpose of the battery in this display?

Sorry for my poor English...
After switching on the ignition, the display goes out and does not start again. I have to reset it.
Few people above had the same problem.

I'm ready to permanently locate the GPS antenna, and understand that it's easy work to route the cable into the A-pillar and headliner.
My question is: what's the best way to route the cable through (or under?) the dash and up to the A-pillar?

I watched you latest video on how to change the boot logo. I tried to put some images on my SD but I couldn't see them even I clicked on search icon. what type of file does it support?

V2 SETTINGS
I'm a first time Mercedes owner and this is my first post to this forum.
I was really excited to install this 10.25 Android screen. Mine came in on Thursday and I had no issues with installing it until the end when I had to spend 3 hours trying to get the ntg4.5 back in.
At any rate, I just installed this into my CLA250 and I have sound from YouTube and other internet apps. Bluetooth is stopping after a few seconds of sound. I have the original blue tooth that came with the car and the new bluetooth on the device. Do I need to connect both from my phone or just the new device. It seems I can't get any b.t. sound when only connected to the 10.25" device, but if I connect b.t. to both--my car and the new device, I only get sound for a second or two before it stops. When I'm connected to the car only, I get sound but then the V2 isn't synced. Any suggestions?
Further, the FM radio functions don't work on V2. The screen for that is totally unresponsive to touch or controller.
Also, there is a menu to change the steering wheel buttons but I can't understand how to change the settings from that menu. It would be nice to be able to hit the mute button or vol buttons on the steering wheel.
Also, because this is such a new model, all the videos for the previous 10.25 android displays are not helping me.
Why can't they include a manual for crying out loud?

Hi guys,
I'm still having problems setting up my unit fire a 2014 E350. I received a replacement unit from my supplier and on my previous unit the settings password was 111111 (6 ones) but on my current unit, that password or postcode is incorrect. Is there another password that works for these units? Thanks

Any other option for Internet than WiFi tethering? I have tried USB tethering my Galaxy S8 to the V2 and it is not working. My Galaxy S8 reports tethered but the screen has no connectivity. And the build in SIM supposedly doesn't work outside of mainland China for some reason.
I am trying to set up an automated Internet connectivity when the car starts. Right now I have to manually turn on wifi tethering on my phone every time I get in. Wifi tethering works great, just trying to find a workaround for the manual connection every time. Anyone have a work around for avoiding the manual (turning it on, on the phone every time) tethering?

Maybe your unit has a hardware fault. I would contact the supplier.

That is crap if you ask me...Not the same interface and they think our cable kit is bulky..Here you have TONS of cables AND a big box to hideaway somewhere...

Anyone have an OBDII scanner paired with V2? I'm having trouble entering the Pin. Tried few apps from the playstore and none of them seems to work.I even tried unpairing my phone and going back to using the Command's phone app. Thatway, I only have one bluetooth device paired. I want to use TorquePro any help will be appreciated.
