Can someone help please? I have 2 USB connectors, and not sure what that are supposed to be plugged into? There is one that is directly wired to the screen itself, on the left in the pic below. And other on the bundle of cables on the right. My thought is that the one from the power cable is supposed to hang outside in the cabin, and it's what you use to plug a USB stick with music/movies into, is that correct? If so, what does the left one plug into? It's too short to go anywhere?
Also, I haven't started disassembling my dash yet, but my car came with "navigation prewiring." Does anyone else that has this install one of these screens? Does this mean I don't need to use the GPS antenna cable included with the screen, and I already have a GPS antenna I should find upon disassembly of the dash?

Thanks. So did you leave it on your dash somewhere, or stuff it back behind the dash with the other cables?
Also, now that I look at it, I also have an "audio box" with a USB connector. That must get connected to one of the 2 USB in my pic above, right? If what you are saying is accurate, this means that the audio box gets plugged into the USB from the power cable, leaving 0 USB ports for music/movies? WHat am I missing?

Welp, tried installing this, and it is a doozy. Not b.c it's difficult, but the GODDAMN wires are a massive PAIN IN THE ***! There is no room to put anything, and when you shove wires into spaces where they aren't meant to fit, you risk damaging them. . Optic fiber was removed from stock connector and inserted into the new one, as required, but I have no sound, and no rearview camera.
I know others have different systems, but I am told the CAN readout is key. Mine reads: YT-BZM1 V102.Y9,00,00,N7,10B;00,000. I dont suppose anyone can tell anything from that?

That is mostly the AB conector that is wrong.

So in conversations with the seller I found out that, although rare, some W205's have Mitsubishi head units, like I do. These call for different cables. Just posting so we can all benefit, even though this isn't the W205 forum, since that does't have as much activity on it.

Has anyone added a front view Camera? Not a Dash cam. I have a GLA45 which has a very low Air Dam at the front, a front view camera would help with parking. I have the V2 unit and I was thinking of utilizing the reverse camera option to install a front view camera as I already have the OEM rear view camera.
I'm going to fit a simple hidden switch under the dash coupled to a relay to energize the reverse signal input and the camera's positive feed.
Anyone tried it with this unit? are there better workable options for a front view camera?
