I am running a staggered set of 19" E63 10 spoke wheels on my 2014 E550 4Matic. They are direct bolt up, with no fitment issues. The offset is the same on the E350, so you would have no issue either.
19x9 ET38 fr with 245/35-19 and 19x9.5ET52 rr with 285/30-19 Potenza S-O4 Pole Position. Since I have 4Matic I need to maintain circumference consistency from front to rear. This setup is .1% difference from front to rear and well within tolerance.

There were 3 colors available and this is the brightest of them. It's either titanium or just silver maybe. There was a more gray color and then black/graphite. The wheel is manufactured by BBS for the E63 AMG and is a very stout wheel. I only run them in the summer and switch over to my 18" AMG wheel in the winter (now,lol). There is a noticeable difference in ride and turn-in with this wheel and tire in the summer. I have a stock suspension (spring, no Airmatic) so it is not lowered.

Key08 - Can you post a picture of the front tire versus fender clearance? Hopefully you have a couple shots from the top of the fender down and from the side of the car looking forward to see the tire to fender difference.
he rear looks perfect but I'm curious if the front sticks out further than the inside lip of the fender.

I bought a super clean set (no curb damage or else) of 10 spoke titanium E63 wheels today, set up with Potenza Front: 255/35-19 & Rear: 285/30-19. I plan on using them as summer set on my 2016 E400 4Matic.

Do you know if circumference difference is within tolerance and if the lug bolts on my existing AMG wheels will fit these E63 wheels?

That difference is 1.1%, so you should be good. I use the same lug bolts between my 18” AMG wheels and the E63 wheels. It should be the same for you. Good luck! Post up a couple photos when you get them mounted.

Adding pics of the current setup and the new shoes that will go on the car in a couple of days. I had wheel spacers on my previous W211, while I liked the stance, the new shoes will do a better job!!! :) :)

Finally got around to installing the new (to me!) wheels on my car. I like how the wheels fill the wheel wells.

Obviously, with this setup water and debris from the road will be thrown at the car...... :(

I took the car out for a spin, while everything checked out, I could hear the sound from the tires, which I was not hearing earlier from my All season tires. The front is almost new and rear has plenty of tread on it, so it cannot be the tire, but then I have always run on Continental, and this is Bridgestone Potenza.

On my drive, the TPMS reported high values FR:50 and RR: 45, on return I reduced air pressure to FR: 40 and RR: 38, I am hoping when I hit the road next time, I no longer hear the road noise.

They look great. I don't have much in the way of tire spray on my car, so I think it may look worse than it is. Your 255 front pokes just a little more than my 245, even though the wheels are identical.
I have the exact same 18" AMG wheels that I am using in the winter only. There is more noticeable road noise with the stiffer Potenza S-04. I'm used to it. The Pilot Super Sports on my Shelby are loud too.

If Potenza is known to make sound, I will be looking into replacing them with the quieter tires. I am used to my cars running with little to no road-noise, perhaps I am spoilt but I like my ride quieter! :)

Maybe look at the Continental Extreme Contact Sport. Check the reviews, but I think they are a quieter tire with good traction for summer.

Yeah, those were the ones I found on TireRack.

A friend recommended Michelin's too, while I have never used Michelin's, he mentioned the rubber is softer compared to Continental & Bridgestone, therefore much quieter.

Just be careful with the Michelin Super Sports or the 4S. I use them with my GT350 at the track and they will throw rocks/pebbles everywhere as they are extremely sticky.
