we are a body shop and tech locked key in trunk. trunk release button on console does't work. any ideas?

Is there a switch on the drivers door panel. Mine has a switch on the door panel.

The key is locked on the rear box Mercedes W212
The remote is inside the rear box as well
The car tried from inside the cabin and I did not succeed

You lift up the button on the driver's side lower door panel in order to pop the trunk.

I am sure you figured something out by now....... But the only way to open the trunk will be by using Xentry to go into the rear SAM and actuate the trunk lock to open.

Rear seats, center arm rest. Pull it down and get a lock smith to open it or break the panel.

You can remove the rear seat bottom easy enough. Would that give access under the seat back? If not, can the seat back be popped out like the seat bottom (once the bottom is removed)?

Folding rear seats requires you to flip a couple of handles in the trunk. And of course if you can't get to the handles in the trunk, you have the same problem.
