Yeah, try again. I know you can’t use multiple coupons as they frown on that, but goodwill is in no way another coupon.

How long does it take to receive the coupon? I submitted the request for my 2014 E350 and 2015 ML350 over a week ago and haven't received a coupon.

It's pretty instant. It sends you an email to confirm your email and then sends you the coupon right afterwards. You should check your spam folder. Also you can try it again, just leave the car section blank as that's optional.

^ exactly. It’s instant with your email verification. Leave off the VIN, it’s not needed

Try it with a different email. Still no VIN. You should get the email verification almost immediately

Won't work. I ran into this as well. I suspect in my case they had an old email attached to my VIN. In any event if you call customer service they will provide you with your PIN for the coupon.
Correction: I didn't try without a VIN so I can't speak to that outcome.

But if you left the VIN off which is optional, it should still work. Worst case, spin up a new email address. Should work.

anyone know if I can sign up and get 3 coupons and use all three coupons? ask the services advisor if he can write up three separate services so I can use them all?

If you have more than one email address, you can probably get more than one code to use by December 31. I've done that before with gmail trick when I didn't get the first code right away. Ended up with two codes but only needed to use one.
Not sure anyone has tried stacking codes for one service visit. Folks have commented about spreading out services (i.e. get plugs done now with this coupon and then when next coupon comes out in 4-5 months then get the next service done). You'll have to see if the SA will stack them both at same time. If not, worst case is you schedule one service this week and the other one the next week and see if that works.

*For vehicle maintenance of $300 or more. One-time use only. Must present at time of purchase to receive offer. Valid at participating Mercedes-Benz dealerships through 12/31/18. Cannot be combined with other offers. Not valid on previous purchases
^fine print.
Not saying it can’t be done. Good luck!

Just reporting on this - I just used it at my dealership on my recent service. No issues.

Question - Has anybody successfully printed two or more coupons and used them on the same car, during this particular event (separate service events)? I just used my first $150 coupon for the last visit last week, but decided to have the dealer do my intake manifold (tomorrow). I was able to get a new coupon with a new code, but it will be the same car. Anybody done this?

Let us know how it goes. In theory it should work as it doesn't say anything about that in the fine print.

The only thing I ever actually get from MBUSA is their annual $50 discount off the $250 charge for a navigation update.

Sort of got lost in this thread. But this is from MBUSA and not the dealer? I sometimes receive emails from MBUSA on behalf of the dealership. Never received one for more than $25 off an "A" service or maybe $50 off a "B." Dealer regularly discounts his service by 25 for A and 50 (maybe more) for a B.

I'm in between A & B service, so looking for $300 services.
Called local MB dealer, they quoted $430 for battery replacement, $200 for coolant flush, $189 for 4 wheel alignment, $620 for brake pad replacement, or $1370 for brakes & rotor replacement.
Even with the $150 discount, it's still much more expensive than local indy shops.
Anyone have suggestions to best use the $150 off $300?
Thanks,

I am planning to have my transmission fluid replaced and apply the coupon to labor only, since I will provide my trans. oil and parts.
