Mercedes Dealer $150 off $300 Service

Got mine today.
Took 1.5 hours to receive the confirmation email. Then another couple hours to get the code back after confirming.
Did this while sitting at the dealership getting service. Called the CAC and they gave me the code over the phone, managed to save $150, just barely.

So I asked the service manager if they would combine goodwill with the coupon thinking that the coupon was Mercedes money. He said no because the coupon digs into their pocket as well.

So I don't know what to do with the pin. I am 8k miles since my last oil change. A services are about 250. Have had the brake and trans fluid flushed recently. Just put on new tires don't know if I should get it aligned or not ($180). Will be needing air filters and plugs but figure I can do those much cheaper. Really need motor mounts and seat cover but they want a fortune for those. They said I needed a battery 6 months ago but Advanced Auto said my battery was good.

I would probably just have them do the seat cover. But I'd get them to price match the internet price on the seat cover which is around $250 and then do their best with the goodwill on the labor. But you don't really save that much with the coupon vs doing it somewhere else. I actually don't intend to use mine.
As for alignment, I just go to Goodyear. They do a 3 year alignment warranty for about $169 and sometimes they offer $25 off $150+ in service. Usually places like NTB, Firestore also offer their own multiyear alignment warranties. The potholes around here knock mine out of alignment all the time.

Usually, their interior or exterior detailing is 95$ each and a package of both is 190$ + taxes.

Be careful and very detailed in reviewing your receipt while using this coupon. My local dealer who I thought I could trust just tried to pad the $150 onto the 4 different services I requested........like they thought I wouldn't realize the service A would go from $139 to $239 as spelled out on the invoice, they threw an extra $25 on two of the other services which makes up for the $150 coupon.
Lost faith in dealership - I am done. This is even shadier than earlier 2000's VW dealerships which is the lowest of the low......and to think I was just recommending this dealership the other day.

The coupon isn't that rare, they seem to do this 2-3 times a year. Earlier it was something like $125 or $130 off $250 so I guess this $150 is good as it saves more than a $125 discount especially if your total is over 300 anyway. Mine also has a free breakfast/lunch bar and of course unlimited drinks. I haven't even been using it lately as the last thing I went in for was a software update which is one of the few things that an indy can't do.
Do you by any chance have a link or any idea where to get a new coupon? I will really appreciate your help

Apparently I will need one of these coupons...I have a check engine light and is the NOx sensor...and it looks like the extended warranty doesn't cover it so I will have to pay out of my pocket for it

There's a current offer being sent to Facebook members. After signing up for the offer I received an email that states "Campaign Code: 21620"
"Expertly trained technicians. Advanced diagnostic tools and testing. Mercedes‑Benz Genuine Parts. Convenient service options. All this, and savings of $150 on service of $300 or more* from September 1, 2021 until October 31, 2021. If you're looking for complete, comprehensive service, now is the time."

I doubt it. The Facebook link only asks for Name, Email and zip code. I used 2 email addresses to get 2. The coupon emails I received each have a unique Pin and the same Campaign Code 21620.

Did somebody had dealer's service recently?
I still have one Bluetec for AEM and I heard that most of US dealers are booked for couple of months. I wonder if the wait applies to all service, or just AEM.

I have contacted MBUSA and my dealer's service department many times via regular mail and email. I have never used facebook or instagram.
What this shows me is MBUSA's poor customer care. Why not contact those with valid emails with this offer? Nissan and Toyota do for my other vehicles with the same type offers.
So much, for "The Best or Nothing." In this case it is nothing.
MBUSA and dealership have both mailed me offers in the past as well.
