2012 E350 weird codes cold start misfire

Ok so my car when it starts up cold starts missing for a while then clears up after it's warm . The problem is the codes the ECU is spitting are inconclusive of cylinder misfire code , injector , or coil pack ... I am starting to think it's the ECU ... car only has 76k miles on it ... here is the pic of the codes ... again cycling the key or when the car warms up a little the misfire goes away , and does not do this all the time ... like a cold solder joint in the ECU ?? Any help would be Appreciated... it is a 4 matic E class

One thng that I learned is that if a misfire is detected the injector for the cylinder will be shut off which is why it will run rough. When were the plugs changed?

I think they are original I will pull 1 tom ... look but if you look at those codes they are not cylinder specific codes .... they are not even close in comparison... 2nd last code is for air intake heater ... I don't think this car even has an air intake heater element ??

I think there's a clue in the "2393 Ignition angle setting has a malfunction during a cold start." I did a bit of research but can't find anything conclusive. Maybe look into the crankshaft position sensor?

Edit - found this video. There may be something to this?:

The M272 will go from just fine cold starts to horrific cold starting with little to no warning if your plugs get worn out.

My ‘09 C300 went from fine to major misfiring almost overnight. Does your car start just fine then after maybe 1-2 seconds start misfiring for 3-5 seconds?

It only took ~1 week for the misfires to cause a CEL, new plugs sorted it right out. The originals only had ~78k miles on them and I requested them back, the gap was huge and they were definitely shot.

yes that's about right then once it warms up , it clears up
, sometimes for 3 days it does not do it all ? So that's why I sm
thinking ECU I will change the plugs regardless ... thanks
