Oil in intake.

I was cleaning my throttle body when I found some oil in the intake. Any suggestions?

If M276 engine I would not worry to much, ran into same problem before the answer I got from MB tech was "pcv design is not perfect" after digging around and asking conclusion was pcv system regulates by pushing oil back into intake. Hope this helps

That's a fair amount of oil. Problem is that not only can it foul the MAF sensor but it winds up as a carboned buildup on the air intake flaps. These are known to eventually stop being able to respond to the control diaphragms, causing CEL and sometimes breakage of the diaphragm pivot or link rods. Either way it's an intake replacement.
Suggest replacement of the pcv oil separator unit. It's on the back of the passenger side V6 cylinder head. Some places like FCPEuro sell the parts as an entire kit. Here's procedure.
