2013 E350 Wagon OP Manual
I just bought a 2013 E350 wagon to replace my beloved 1998 E300D. The new wagon is well used but does not show much wear at all and I am pleased. Took the car from the seller and the next day drove off on a week long 1,000 mile trip having done nothing but change the oil and front brakes. Car drives very well but I am concerned about learning about all the features that
come with the car. In light of that I started reading the owners manual only to find out that the printed booklet is for minor reference only and one needs to get the DVD out and get the owners manual from it.
So I took the DVD out and stuck it in the player---it comes back with a message that says unable to connect to Data. I then took it out and stuck it in there different computers, tried to open anything from the DIBA folder but nothing opens successfully. Cannot get to the owners manual at all so far.
HELP????

Did you try the MB website?
https://www.mbusa.com/en/owners/manuals
(This is obviously for US... but there should be an MB site for your country or region if you're not here, I would think.)

Thank you for the link----it worked.
Now I hope to be able to find in there how to get the actual DVD to work in the car so that I don't have to take an iPad along to read the .pdf!
