Leaking fuel pump?

Hi all, got a check engine light on checked and it was for P0456. Didn't really notice much until I refueled the car fully and started smelling petrol. Took off the rear seats and unbolted the cover for the fuel tank and behold a puddle of petrol. Is it a bad fuel pump seal or something? Took apart the other side and it was dry

I seem to remember a recall on this? Maybe check on it.

no recall. Latest recall was for the airbag and I just got that recently
