How many brake pad sensors do I need?

Hi all,

how many brake pad sensors do we need for the e class w212?

Are textar and lemford brands any good?

There's two sensors, one in the front and the back. If you didn't get a warning on the dash about the brake pads, you can just reuse the sensors. They wear away and once they're open, you get a warning on the dash. If they haven't worn away, they can easily be reused.

Knowing what car we are talking about would help in giving proper answer.
Generally MB installs 2 sensors on standard models, but that can change to 3 or even 4 sensors for models with big engines.
Sensors are reusable btw, unless you drive till they are sheared off.

It was in his profile which was a 2011 E350 which is the same car I have.
