Sometimes Mods are just Superficial for FUN!
Recently made the trip to Humble TX to see the DeLorean Car Company (Suburb of Houston). While there, I had them install a FLUX Capacitor Drive in my E350. Thankfully the install took less than an hour while I snagged some food across the street.
They asked if I wanted them to install badges, etc. I told them thanks but I can handle that myself, because my daughter manages a "Maker Space" at the local Library, and she just installed a new, CNC, vinyl cutting machine.
I haven't had any opportunity to test the FLUX Capacitor, because it requires driving at 88.8mph on a shopping Center parking lot during a driving Lightnning/Thunder Storm. Not sure when all these variables will align, but at least I'm ready when it does.
Feel free to share your cosmetic "fun" mods...

Didn't have 1.21 G on the shark fin sticker? Any news on their electric DeLorean? Just found out they have a California location, Maybe one day I'll head south to give them a visit.
The mall parking lot scene was at Puente Hills Mall. Marty and Jennifer's house (BF2) was film in a community my friend use to live in. Hoover board pond scene was film in front of Pasadena City College. Still drive by that place sometimes to get lunch in that area.
Lot more locations here.

Glad to read you guys are having some fun along with me. While we're at it, thought I'd also share my car's name, for those of you old enough to remember...

Like the idea, but that red is definitely not MB color. Any fellow MB owner will notice something wrong with the picture.

Today I bought some maroon vinyl. That will not be as "bright" as regular red... Even when having fun, perfection takes time and an attention to detail.....

Now I just need to figure out which fuse under the hood to tap into to power the FLUX Capacitor Drive.

You better add 2nd battery bank and combiner to power this.

[QUOTE=DFWdude;7704979]Here it is in Maroon. Darker and less obvious than the standard red before.
