how to???

hey Guys
Some of you DIY guys that own W212's how do you check what mileage you have remaining before your next oil change? On my 2011 ML-350 it's easy to find. Can't seem to find it on the 2016 E-350. I like planning ahead and order parts needed and whatnots.

Thanks, :word:

Cap'n, I don't think there is any place to check "miles" to go. On my 2016, it shows only "Days" left before a service. I think MB's assumption is that you should measure a one year interval in days, not miles.

But if there is a mileage left display somewhere, I'f like to know, too.

days would give me a good Guestimate too when to start buying filters and stuff. where do you see that in the menu?

On my 2014 I have to go to service menu and then click on service. Don't have access to the car now, so that is what I remember. The counter will show mileage at earlier stage and switches to days later on. Never could figure it out.

In my 2010 model in the cluster menu from the fuel consumption/mileage display I press left arrow twice (don’t remember menu item name) and in this menu it gives three options: MESSAGES, TIRE PRESSURE and ASSYSTPLUS. When I click on ASSYSTPLUS it shows mileage to the next service.

It’s a time or mileage function. Drive a lot and it’s mileage-based. Otherwise, it’s time.

On my 2013 it's in the instrument cluster Service Menu under Assyst Plus. Here's MB's video about the service menu.
