Cigarette lighter won't eject- HELP

2014 e350

The cigarette lighter won't eject.

Is it because the fuse is out and not heating it up? If so, can someone provide me with a DYI video to correction, please?!????

or what the best solution??

I assume you have inserted a USB port adapter and tested with something (worthwhile) to see if the socket has power? The flimsy lighter plug will die a decade before the socket does.

Check f71 @ rear SAM (trunk).
