Where can I find if this wheel will fit my car?

I've got a line on 4 mercedes wheels, P/N 2204013002 for what looks to be a great deal (sight unseen so far). Research shows that they're off a 2003-2006 S430 and I believe they're 7.5" wide and 17" diameter. Not sure what the offset is, or how far apart the 5 holes are (I'm still researching) but I'd frankly be surprised if they don't share the same pattern with my car.
Anybody got a link to somewhere that the Benz Wheel Specs by Part Number might be listed? I already know that the tires (225/55/17) that are fitted on these rims are about 1.5" talller than what I have and may not be compatible but for the price, I'm OK with that. I just want a spare set of wheels for my winter tires.
Let's see if the forum can beat my google fu.

Looks like it is the same 112mm bolt pattern, but the offset is 46mm as opposed to 49mm. The rim width is different too: 7.5 on the "new" ones vs 8.5" on the OEM 17" rims on the car.

Thoughts on fit? Seems like a narrower rim will give the sidewalls a bit of a bow and possibly lead to wallowing in corners but I may be full of it. That's why I'm here asking...

Pulled the trigger and picked 'em up today. The Hankook winter tires are cracked and aged out even though the tread is still good enough for summer but I bought these for the rims- and they're in really good shape.
Anybody got suggestions on a source for tire pressure monitor sensors? I see some on ebay that claim to be OEM and have the benz symbol on them for about $45 each but I'm open to suggestions.

Confirmed to work on Sprinters, do check if your car has the same model.

HA!
I was looking at a set of 4 from the same ebay seller with a slightly different (but still compatible and visually identical) part number:

Thanks for your confirmation that the ones you linked work for you; it seems ludicrous to spend upwards of $100/sensor.
