Coolant Refill
Recently got a '14 E350 4matic sedan and it's been running great these past few months. I got my car back from a shop the other day for a new bumper replacement and then got a low coolant warning. I checked when the engine was cold and it looks low:
I've read that it should be at the level where the white plastic and black plastic meet, is this true?. The car hasn't shown any signs of overheating in the day I drove it but I've parked it for now just in case.
The tag on the coolant reservoir says 2016, so I guess it hasn't been changed then but I've been trying to look for any leaks and haven't found anything. Could it just have gotten low or do you guys think there is most likely a leak? Just wanted to get some thoughts before I refill it to the line where black/white plastic meet.

Makes me wonder whether the shop had to disconnect a radiator hose to remove and install the bumper. Was it the entire bumper or just the bumper cover?
There is a proper process for draining and filling the coolant on the M276 (and other) engines using a vacuum refill device.
