Ok so I finally got a deal and I'm supposed to take delivery on Saturday or Monday. Car and terms are as follows:

2017 E300: Polar White/Nut Brown MB-Tex, Black Ash Wood, P1, Pano, Deck Spoiler, 19'AMG Wheels. MSRP $59,765

$596 a month for both 36 or 48 month lease (not sure which lease to do)
$3K down
12K annual miles
Includes: Maintenance for 3 years (not sure if the same for 4 years) and window tint
$8K off MSRP discount

I will also be using my discount that I get from the American Bar Association which is an additional $1K off (not sure what price will be after that discount is applied).

I'm located in Florida, Tampa Bay Area. I can't wait to get my Benz if all goes well!

Update: ended up not being able to take delivery due to a death in the family so hopefully I'll be able to get it soon.

Do you have a pdf copy of your lease stating the $8,000? I just want to see the verbiage in your lease.

I don't have them in pdf, but I just looked at my paperwork and it doesn't mention the discount just reflects the discount in the selling price.

Ok I know I posted a prior deal but I ended up not doing it before due to a family emergency, but a week or so later I did it and I took delivery of my E300 on January 14th. Specs as follows:

Polar white/Nut-Brown MB-Tex
Black ash wood
P1
Pano
19 inch AMG wheels
Rear deck lid spoiler
Window Tint and 4 year maintenance

MSRP: $59,765

My lease deal is as follows, I do not remember all of the details but this is what I remember and am currently paying:

$562 a month
$3K down
12K annual miles
4 year lease
They included window tint and maintenance for the whole lease
Also I had a 1K discount from the American Bar Association and I think the discount the dealership gave was around $8K so about $9K discounts.

I've had mine for a little over a month and loving it! For a 60K E300, the lease should definitely be no more than $599 a month (especially if you're in Florida).

Hi

Trying to finalize a deal on an 2017 Mercedes E300 but want to make sure I have a solid deal. Details below, Car is a retired loaner with 4530 miles. I also have a 1k voucher and a Executive Allowance Bonus of 1500.00 which I have not told them about. I'm not to sure how the EAB works, would love some expert advice.

MSRP-57,525
Discount-8000
Sub total-49,525
Tax-160.58 (FL)
Tag,title-248.00
Doc Fee-699
Rebate 500
Total 51,227.58

10MSD plus first month due at signing for a total of 6043.00

$549 a month.

2017 Mercedes Benz E300, 4Matic
Just as a reference point for people still looking at leasing an E300, here are the numbers for my deal (completed last Saturday of March in suburban Philadelphia):
2017 E300, 4Matic with Premium 1, heated steering wheel, burmester surround sound
MSRP $59,775
36 month / 10,000 miles per year

Payment is $429.99/month with $6446.00 due at signing. Base monthly is $394.49 plus $35.50 in tax per payment (PA which is 9%)
Breakdown of the $6446.00 is as follows
$429 - First Months Payment
$795 - Acquisition Fee
$100.23 - Sales/Use Taxes
$4500 - Refundable Deposit
$51 - Title Fees
$108.15 - Registration Fees
$138.00 - Doc. Fee
$318.63 - Cap Cost Reduction

The reason that there is cap cost reduction is that I had agreed to $1955 due at signing (plus the additional $4500 in MSDs); however, after they worked the numbers some, they were able to reduce the out of pocket to $1,946 and still squeeze the $318.63 to go against the cap cost.

Gross Cap cost was $49,292.09 (17.5% below MSRP)
$318 in cap cost reduction made the Adjusted Cap Cost 48973.46
Residual is $36,462.75
So total depreciation to pay is $12,510.71
Rent Charge is $1,690.93
Total of Base Monthly Payments is $14,201.64

A $1,000 conquest cash certificate was applied to this deal. Not sure the requirements to get one.

That's a fantastic deal! I can't get the dealer to go under $500 a month all in, giving 10MSD

Well, I provided a full break down. Reach out to a few dealers near you and see if any will match or who will get the closest. I did my deal with a large volume dealer if that helps. You might even want to consider telling them that you will add the maintenance package (which runs about $17 a month) if someone can match the deal. You would still be under $450 a month.

Thinking of leasing a 2017 E300 4matic, $62145 MSRP, 36 months with 12K/yr here in Seattle. What is the buy rate for leasing? MB Bellevue offered MF: 0.00116 Residual 58%.
$5500 down $600/month or $1850 down $713 month. $6418 discount on the vehicle. Is that a good deal?
