E 320, 1996 - spedometer issue, maybe not..

Gents, I am new in here and will be very appreciate the help.
I have E 320, 1996... starting few days, after I turn on the ignition all gadgets are down (arrows) do not moved, however speedometer arrow is still down but producing strange like - tr tr tr tr tr tr tr.. sound. everything else is fine and vehicle can drive without any problem, but as far as all the gadgets are down I can't see the speed, temperature, amount of gas left etc...

Please help !!!

I believe that year is W210 chassis. Try posting in Forums, Sedans, E-Class (W210) and I suspect you will get some helpful info there. Good luck.
