Air Freshener Turning Off?

Air Freshener Turning Off?
For those that have the air freshener in their glove box, does your sometimes turn itself off? Mine will be on for a period of time (haven't identified a pattern) but periodically after I have started and stopped the car on a few trips to work, etc I noticed the setting has gone from "high" to "off" on its own.

Mine does the same thing, but from what I've read in the owners manual, it's designed to disperse the fragrance on a random, intermittent basis. Sounds like it's working the way it was designed to work.

Yes, I've noticed this too. After a couple weeks I don't notice the fragrance anymore and when I check, its turned itself off. Same thing with the ionizer.

I didn't interpret that in the manual to mean it shuts off but rather it dispurses the scent at irregular intervals while it's turned on.

My turbocharger has been behaving in much the same way! 😀
