multimedia display on E220 W213
The display screen has gone black. I have tried every button available and started / stopped the car several times but there is no sign of life. Has anyone else experienced this?

There is an on/off button on the right side of centre console

EQE SUV AMG-line 350+
and if you press and hold that on/off button it will reboot command.. maybe that will do the trick.

I think there is a recall out for this issue, take the car in and get the software updated.
