Access tire pressure sensors?
Is there any way to access my 2017 W213's on board computer to show the tire pressure sensors? The manual shows how to do it with an illustration and instructions but it is not my car that is reflected in the instructions or graphics. Does not match any of my car's equipment. On the other hand, maybe my particular model does not come with such an option.

on page 314 of the US/Canada manual it explains how to manually check tire pressure, and there after states:
"Vehicles with a tire pressure monitoring system: You can also check the tire pressure using the on-board computer."
This Suggests that not ALL w213's have this...
as cper page 318 The monitor should be under "maintenance" or "service" in the on-board computer.(meaning the screen in front of you, not the middle/widescreen)

Check your wheels, the valve is a solid screw in aluminium stalk with a gray cap.
If it is flexible rubber you dont have sensors.
You access the tire pressure menu under the "service" menu.

As far as I know all US cars have them since they are mandated. There are different versions but I believe that on the E class they all have the version you can check the actual pressure on the display. Cheaper versions of TPMS simply have a dashboard light that tells you one of the tires is out of range. The mandate came about after the Ford Explorer underinflated tire fiasco.
