Updated Iphone 5s to IOS 11.01 today. I can lock/unlock and flash lights and honk horn. Remote start is not working. Mercedes Me says Remote Start has a system glitch they are working hard to resolve......
Finally, the Locate Vehicle function is not working. Whenever I try the Locate Vehicle feature the application crashes and dumps me on the Iphone home screen. The Locate Vehicle function worked before the IOS update.
I'll call MB tomorrow.
Anyone else experiencing difficulties?

Followed up regarding problem. three different tech on three phone calls. Last one asked me to turn off app for a couple hours while he "tried something". Said he'd call back in 3 hours. Never called back, nothing changed.

Odd thing is that when looking at the valet protect function, the car is correctly located.

Terrible tech support for MM. Available but inept.

did u try reinstalling the app? A hard rebot of phone sometimes does the trick to (push home and on button at same time and hold until apple logo comes back on)

Thanks for the reply. Yes sir. I did a hard reset on phone, removed and reinstalled the app. Checked all the Setting against my wife's iPhone , which while a newer model, has the older IOS and on which the locate function works. All the other aps on the phone function fine.

LOL...

app just not syncing right anymore.
shows doors open when they are locked.
Now shows my car as being half way between home and work when I've already arrived.

But the web based app works fine, so at least I have a "backup".

We ( in the USA) or at least I do not have a web based app. When I try to use the remote start, which also doesn't work, I get a message about the doors or sunroof being open when they are not.https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif

No, tried it on my phone and on my wife's. The bottom row doesn't scroll. Go figure.....

Just checked Mercedes Me on iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 11.1 and everything seems to be working okay...
