Coat Hanger for rear seat adaptor?

Does anyone know where to buy the seat accessories online? I can't find them in stock.

That coat hanger accessory is not compatible with the W213. Check compatibility with your VIN.

I have the 866 package so I thought that was the correct item.

Thats what I need. I'll see if the dealer can get it.

Checked the VIN for my 2018 E400 Coupe and got this message:

It isn't the US model accessories page. On the MBUSA site there is a US W213 coat hanger that connects via the rear seat entertainment & comfort adapter.

Paint me surprised, some one actually buys those!!!!

I have one that worked with my W205 C Class that I'd let go cheap if you're interested (I will try it on my E first to see if it works). Shoot me a PM, literally never used it.

A free one pops up in a W213 trunk unless you bought the small package drop down box.
It's as useless as male nipples.

My wife is an ARNP so it makes sense for her. She has to hang her medical coat up at the end of the day.

Why don't you just use this one that attaches to the head rest?

Why would I use a clumsy clamp on system that prevents full use of the headrest, looks dated, etc when the rear seat entertainment package I paid for is supposed to have the hangar available.

Old: Clamp Type
New: Slot Type

The rear seat entertainment and comfort package specs indicate that there is a hangar accessory for it.

A clever new option forms the basis for a variety of rear-seat conveniences or entertainment features. A fixture attached to the back of each front seat, just below the head restraint, lets you mount one of several accessory attachments from a coat hanger, to a folding table, to a holder for your compatible iPadŽ that you can rotate 90 degrees. Accessory attachments are sold separately.

Does anyone know how to get the rear sear entertainment and comfort adapter cover off so the coat hanger can be installed? It isn't in the manual or the accessory instructions. MBUSA didn't know either. The dealership hadn't seen one before and didn't seem to know either. I'd prefer they didn't figure it out on the fly as it looks easily damaged.

The little door is supposed to read a sensor inside the approved slot type coat hanger accessory and unlock. My dealership service dept and parts dept had NO IDEA they changed the way these accessories attach. Seriously, nobody there knew they didn't clamp on to the headrest bars anymore. I still can't find one.

Thank you, that worked. I'm sure it would have been damaged if you hadn't told me.
The part number is A 000 810 41 00
