GPS not locating position correctly.
Hi I'm in the UK, I have an E220d with comand online. Not sure if its related but we recently had a spat of cold weather ( by UK standards! ).
The car was sitting in an airport car park for 4 days ( outside) . Since that day till now the GPS will not pick up the car's location, it can be 0.5 miles off or greater, even after driving for 1hour plus.
A restart will not solve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this problem ?

I'm also experiencing this problem, I'm in Cyprus and with no cold weather. It happens right after the car is switched on but after a 15-20 minute drive the problem goes away. Dealer has been notified and I'm waiting for an answer.Today I've updated maps to version 10 and didn't have any of the usual issues, don't know if it's related... I will continue to monitor and see how it goes

mine has been doing it for the past 6 months. It will be like that for 3-4 days at a time, and then miraculously fix itself. The next day, it will go bust again. It is at the dealer now and it is having its antennae replaced.

Yes, I have this issue with the map position error. At first it had a deviation of 800 meters, sometimes it returns and now I'm moving east but the navigation is moving west. Already the deviation reached 304 km !!! Does anyone know where the GPS antenna is positioned? I read that it is in the left mirror of the car, but the dealer said he's in the ceiling or in the rear window. Respect!

2022 EQS 580 Nautical Blue Macchiato interior.
My dealer (after two trips) replaced the antennas. According to work sheet. One in rear view mirror & driver & passenger door panels. This is for a 2017 E400 wagon/estate. Has been working very well for several weeks.

The problem still exists... Tomorrow I'll take it to the dealer to replace the rattling rear view mirror... I'm wondering if it is linked to the problem....
