Seat Belt Warning – Shut Off?
When my 65-pound dog sits on the passenger seat, an audible warning sounds every few seconds. Any way to silence the damn thing other than connecting the seat belt? VERY annoying!

Nope -- bureaucrat-mandated "feature" so no disabling it. What you're experiencing is the joy of EU bureaucrats who decided that having the annoying buzzer for the first 10 seconds of the drive wasn't enough.

My old 2011 Cadillac CTS had a button to disable the passenger airbag/seatbelt warning.

I use these:

I have a farm, and there is no sense running with seatbelts on over dirt roads at slow speeds while getting in and out of the car. The all wheel drive comes in handy, but the seatbelt warning not so much!

Well, you should secure your dog so you have at least some hope of surviving an accident.
Your dog being thrown around in the car may be what kills you in an accident...

The ideal solution, Mercedes Benz style. The child seat automatically turns off passenger side airbag if it's in the front seat. Your dog would look nice in this and I'm sure would love riding in it!

It stops eventually, then restarts as soon as the car comes to a stop even very briefly, This is just crazy. It should be an option to turn it off,. Even the Euro NCAP standard says there should be a way to disable it. Mercedes just doesn't care. The standard also says the system should allow short breaks of up to 30 seconds without restarting the reminder - again Mercedes can't be bothered complying with this.
