Purchase advice
Looking at a used 2018 E300 with a P2, panoramic sunroof and 19 inch AMG wheels (black/black). Only has 2,200 miles on it. Any idea what a reasonable price range would be to purchase from a dealer (not a Mercedes dealer)?
Also, am I making a mistake buying an E300 with a panoramic sunroof?

I have the 2017 E 300 with P3 and Panoramic roof. Got it with 2k miles on it from a Benz dealership for $62K at the time. I would say anything above 55K for yours may be too high in my opinion. If it’s less than that then it’s definitely worth considering especially if it’s in excellent condition which it should be as a 2018 model.
As for the panoramic roof, I have no regrets. I love it! Especially how it looks when open all the way from the outside.. I always catch jealous eyes of other E300 drivers with the regular sunroofs looking like “dang!!’ I wish mine had that” lol!

I have a 2017 E300 P2 without the panorama roof - and I wish I had it. As Nsikan said, I think the pano roof looks great from the outside. My prior car had it, and I really enjoyed the light inside the car even when it is closed. Best of luck with your purchase.

Good luck with that. I think you have hit the sweet spot. Because it is not being sold by a MB dealer it won't get the extra warranty certified cars get. I would have said closer to $50K than $55. Mine is very similar and I love it.

Yeah, I would only get the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty

Even though it only has 2,200 miles on it and is less than 6 months old, do you think I should negotiate to get the dealer to let me take it to a mechanic for an inspection (or is that typically not necessary for a vehicle so new)?

I saw your on another thread. Do you have the illuminated star? If so, how do you like it? The one I am looking at does not, but I understand it can be added later.

I have the pano roofs on the previous two body styles. I like them both. They can make noise if the bolts get loose. Not sure if they still do that on the newer models. To fix it on the older ones, they tighten the bolts up again and use loctite. Not sure why they didn't do that at the factory. I think it's nice even with the potential problems. I don't think they actually leak, just sometimes the motors get jammed and maybe you can't close it so it'll leak when it rains. But if it's working normally, it shouldn't leak unless the drains get clogged. There's always potential problems with any option, just like having keyless go, but I'd rather have it than not. As for the warranty, you can check with the vendors in the extended warranty sub forum. It should probably qualify for an extended warranty, those go up to 7 years/100k. Give them their vin to make sure it qualifies. If it was a previous CPO or an MB dealer sold it without a CPO, then it might not qualify but that sounds unlikely with that low mileage.
