Problems - help required - Bought W213 from Young Stars
Dear MB,
I am a newcomer to this forum, seeking out help. We have recently bought used W213 E220d from Young Stars used cars program. However, the car is causing this weird noise when holding down the brake and turning steering wheel and when going in reverse. The reverse gears pulls cars back automatically (i am not used to automatic gearbox - used to have manual since we are in Europe) and in order to slow down the car when its going in reverse (i have to park in a really small garage and have to be extremely precise) I have to apply brake softly. And everytime it does this sound as heard in the video Ive taken:
I dont think this sound is normal. What could this be?
Another question: When i turn steering wheel (when heels turn) from left to right - Car lifts itself slightly, for like 3 centimeters (1,5inch). Is this normal?
I am taking it to MB service when I can, but it is going to take a week and I am really bothered by this...
Thank you in advance!

This is a user to user only forum and Mercedes doesn't have anything to do with this site. While some users may be able to help you, the best advice would be to take your car to your authorized Mercedes Benz service provider for support.

It's not unusual that the brakes make creaking noises if the speed is very low when making parking-manoeuvres. And the change in car-height is caused by the specific frontwheel positions. You can see it clearly when the front wheel is completely turned to the outside: the wheel is not straight up but slightly sloping.
But I agree with rbrylaw that the best advice is to visit the dealer.
