Option 911
 
I am considering a pre-owned 2017 E300. In the options area of the original sticker it lists this car has Option 911 Press Car. Nobody I've spoken with knows anything about this Option...can someone provide some input? Thanks

That's probably a car that was prepared by MB to be used for test-drives by car-journalists. The rumour is that these cars are being extra monitored to prevent things to be wrong....

AR Arrows not displaying
 
Need some assistance with AR Nav on a 2022 GLE 450. Vehicle arrived mid January from a Sept 2021 build. All was fine, but after a week or two, the AR arrows no longer show. Been to the dealership 3 times already, and was finally told "it is a limitation in the system" and "not all turns will show". I can accept that some turns don't show, but NONE show. Even turns that in the past did show, no longer show. Video does display, and sometimes street names are overlaid, but not the AR arrows. Picked up vehicle from service dept. five days ago. AR arrows first day, but never again - its been four days without them.

AR not working
 
Once every 4 or 5 days it will work then not for another few day. Same intersection - see below....

Check your headunit

Ok there is possible your heaunit has issues or its software related. To me it sorta sounds like software related. If they check your car in service ask for printout of the codes any and all. Here's a pdf that deals with headunit corruption but I don't think you got bad headunit it sounds like software but without hooking up my xentry to it I won't know. You can get xentry online for free if your resourceful but you'll need a tactrix or ant C6 connector if you want diagnose things yourself or unlock features it's super handy.i digress but tell the dealer it's a safety issue and you want it rectified. At minimum I know u probably got all your features updated the way you like but you could factory reset headunit as well or make sure it's fully updated. Another thing you can try is enter your destination and it should show the arrows every time do I'm told. My car has not arrived so not been able tinker with it yet. If you decide to download xentry WIS/ASRA EPC , ETC let me know I'll give you torrent link. Installing can be bit a chore but find old labtop and use that like me. It's such time saver and if you decide you have bad headunit this is how they tell if it needs replacing. Pdf attached

that's my 2 cents definitely shouldn't be doing that. But try entering a destination and see if it still does it. It should work when you enter destination in every turn. But like said sound like software but have them check the sectors

I found that I can get it to work if I go into "Advanced" Nav settings, and under Augmented Reality disable Street Names and House numbers. However, I must do this every time I want to use it. Therefore, if those features are already disabled, then I have to enable, then disable them again. Additionally, if Red Light Cam pops up, or I switch display to radio, then the arrows and name of street to into are gone again.

I went to another dealership last week. They reset my MBUX and AR in now working. Drove 1,400 miles last weekend and at worked flawlessly, every time. Not sure why original dealership couldn't do that after 4 trips there.

THE SAGA CONTINUES!!!!!
Now my AR is non-existent and dashcam option is missing as well. Couldn't be more disappointed in a brand. Anyone else having these issues?
